Boy's spy themed bedroom?
Spy bedroom to who likes the whole espionage themeHow to Turn Your Bedroom Into a Spy Base
Spying. It's fun, cool and interesting. Lots of people spy in their bedroom. The bedroom is a good place to spy, but you can't just walk right in and start spying! You need to get the bedroom ready!
1. Get everything out of your room so nothing will be damaged.
2. Decide what items you own are spy-like, and which aren't. Telescopes, ropes, flashlights, mini cameras, dark clothing, blankets that are dark (To hide) and others are all good for spying. Use your common sense on this one.
3. Make two baskets. One for items that are for spying (As stated in step 2) and a basket for ones that aren't. Ofcourse you can keep needed items, but taking away bright items that are useless will help. Put both baskets in another room. You won't need them for the next little while.
4. Go to a paint store and get a paint that is dark. Navy blue is good, a dark/forest green is also good, as is cola brown, and beige, and grey. If you have lots of blankets in one good spy colour, lets say navy blue for an example, obviously you should paint your room navy blue, so that you won't have to buy more blankets.
5. Paint the room and pick some items that will allow you to spy. If you have left over paint, try painting drawers and closet doors. If you have a big closet, try putting in some lights and a computer, note pad and other spy items and make it a spy closet! This even works for smaller closets, just put only a laptop and maybe a blanket or two to sit on.
6. Get dark, thick curtains. No one will be able to see in when you close them. That will help greatly! It also will insure you that no matter how "spy-ish" your room looks, no one will know!
7. Get dark bedsheets and pillow covers. Everything dark. Why? Because if you have bright items in your room, everyone's eyes will be drawn to it!
8. Collect spy items and put them somewhere in your room. Telescopes and binoculars should be placed/hung around you windows, computers close to a corner where no one will see the light of the screen, random blankets all over the room to hide, etc.
9. Remember that the room should look like it's lived in, just not overly noticable!

A Round-Up Of 100% Electric Cars
At MetaEfficient, I am a strong advocate of car-free living (see my review of the books How To Live Well Without Owning A Car and Car-Free Cities). However, clean, electric vehicles can be useful in some situations. If you recharge them using a renewable energy source such as solar power, they are completely emissions-free. The least expensive way to get an electric car is to convert your current car to an electric vehicle — see this article I wrote more info. Here’s a round-up of the pure electric cars that can be ordered today:
ZENN Motor Company
In Canada, the ZENN Motor Company produces an electric hatchback called the ZENN (Zero Emissions No Noise). This low-speed electric car (or NEV for “neighborhood electric vehicle”) goes 35 miles on a charge, and takes 4 hours to recharge. The ZENN is produced by taking a car without a powertrain (the Microcar from Europe) and installing a electric motor and batteries in it. Drivers get a very functional two seat hatchback that offers 13 cubic feet of cargo space behind the front seats. ZENNs are available for about $15000, from dealers in Canada and the U.S.
Tesla Motors
You may have already heard of the 100% electric Tesla sportscar. This car boasts some impressive numbers: 220 miles on a charge, 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 secs, and the equivalent of 135 miles per gallon. The starting price is $109,000. The first models of the Tesla vehicle recently rolled off the production line. Due to demand, you’ll have to wait six months to put in a order for next year’s model. Some of the celebrities who’ve already bought one are: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Robert Downey Jr., Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergei Brin, Dustin Hoffman and Kelsey Grammer.
Miles Electric Vehicles
Miles Electric Vehicles offers a line of low-speed electric cars, with a range of about 40-60 miles between charges. The base model is the ZX40 — it’s propelled by a 4 kW DC electric motor, while the ZX40S has a more powerful 6.3 kW DC motor. For maximum performance, the Miles ZX40S Advanced Design offers a 7.5 kW AC induction motor. The tall four door wagon seats four and offers 41 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seat folded. Standard features include front and rear defroster, windshield wipers, electric mirrors, and alloy wheels. They are available for $14,900-$18,900.
Dynasty Electric Car Company
Based in Canada, the Dynasty Electric Car Company produces a range of low-speed electric cars. Their iT Sedan hs an aluminum for the frame structure with an infusion molded fiberglass body and molded plastic bumpers. Electricity is stored in six lead acid batteries. The car recharges in less than 12 hours. Models range from $14,000 to $25,000.
Toyota Avalon features
The tail lights now feature LED pipes and fuel economy has been slightly improved to an EPA-estimated 20/29/23 (city/highway/combined) mpg rating. The new Avalon has a new brake-override feature. It has an improved suspension system and a 12-speaker JBL Synthesis system which is only available on the Limited. 17" wheels are also standard on both trims although the Limited model has 6 spokes. Other exterior differences on the Limited include HID projector headlamps.
